SHIPPING
All AU orders will be delivered within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.
If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
We have a two-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.
In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
Please note that any refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee. The shipping fee, which ranges between $10 and $15, is non-refundable.
